Graduation(s)

I have been a lazy blogger! Since my last post we have had two graduations. Jake from high school and Johnna from college! Johnna's ceremony was May 6th in Assembly Hall at IU. The guest speaker was Michael Uslan, the producer of the Batman movies. He was a wonderful speaker and has such an interesting life story! Of course he is an IU alumni! After the ceremony we attended a party with Johnna's friends and their parents at the infamous "Phi Delt house".
Jacobs graduation was May 27th. He graduated with an Academic Honors diploma. We hosted an open house that afternoon from 3 to 6. It was unbearably hot, but we had a nice turnout.
Okay,,I just had to correct my spelling of the word friends...that "i before e" business...sheesh...why don't they just leave the 'i' out of that word??
Johnna and Jake get the mortarboards, I get the dunce cap...
